Stephen Manterfield
Stephen is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered surveyors, and has worked in Building Control for over 40 years, initially for various Local Authorities and latterly for Approved Inspectors Ltd.
He has vast experience in overseeing compliance with Building Regulations on a range of construction projects, from domestic alterations and extensions to hospitals, shopping centres and sports stadiums.
