John Loveday
John served with HM Forces for 7 years training soldiers in all aspects of military life, he left the military after an operational tour of Afghanistan. John was a free lance trainer delivering First Aid, Health and Safety and Fire Safety courses. He founded Spearhead Compliance Training and now the company is an award winning training provider delivering courses to some of the UK\'s largest organisations. John delivers presentations to organisations and at key events regarding the importance of training and has featured on Sky TV, BBC Radio, The Sun Newspaper and The Sunday Times
