The company was founded by Emily in 2017 following 7 years working at two Local Authorities; Test Valley Borough Council in Hampshire and Wokingham Borough Council in Berkshire, and 5 years as a planning consultant in a national multi-disciplinary consultancy. During her years in Local Authority, Emily determined many residential planning applications, including acting as an expert witness at Public Inquiry appeals. Work also included enforcement investigations and Gypsy and Traveller related applications and appeals.
Working as a planning consultant since 2012, Emily has prepared applications for education, commercial and residential developments, mixed use schemes, large houses in multiple occupation (HMO) and Gypsy and Traveller related development. Emily has continued to undertake appeals and act as an expert witness at Public Inquiries for both developers and Local Authorities, and also regularly speaks at property group meetings in the Home Counties.
